These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the innovhr.ch website (the “website”) and the innovhr platform, an online application for workforce planning and flexible staffing management.

Access to the website is free of charge. The website presents the product, offers an assistant that answers visitors' questions and lets you book a demo. The assistant's answers are given for information only: they are not an offer, a quote or a contractual commitment.

Access to the innovhr platform is reserved for users with an active account, under the terms of the contract entered into with innovhr.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the website (texts, images, logos, trademarks, videos) is the property of innovhr or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction or reuse is prohibited.

6. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

7. Cookies
