Privacy policy
This policy explains which personal data innovhr processes when you visit innovhr.ch, ask the assistant a question or book a demo, why, and what your rights are. It covers the website; data processed in the platform by our customers is governed by their contract with innovhr.

Who is responsible

Data we process
- Browsing. Like any web server, ours technically records your visits (IP address, browser, requested page, date). These logs are used to run and secure the website.
- Audience measurement, with your consent only. If you accept, we use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to understand how the website is used (page views, journeys, anonymized screen recordings) and to measure the effect of our LinkedIn campaigns. Without your consent these tools are not loaded. To withdraw your consent, use the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page.
- Assistant. Your questions are processed by an artificial intelligence model hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak, used only to answer, with no training on your data. If you dictate your question, the audio is sent to the same service to be transcribed. The conversation is kept in your browser so you can resume it after a reload; the “Start over” button erases it. We do not record it, with one exception: when the assistant cannot find the answer, the question and its answer are kept for 90 days to improve the website's content, without IP address or other identifier. Avoid entering personal information.
- Demo booking. Your name, e-mail address, organization, phone number (optional) and a summary of your conversation with the assistant are entered in our Google Workspace calendar, which sends you the invitation.
- Your messages. If you write to hello@innovhr.ch or call us, we process the information you give us in order to reply.
Why, and on what basis
We process this data to run and secure the website, answer your questions, organize the demos you request and, with your consent, measure audience. We do not sell your data.
Who receives it
Our providers, as far as necessary: Infomaniak (hosting of the website and of the artificial intelligence, in Switzerland), Google (calendar and demo e-mails; audience measurement if you accept it), Microsoft (Clarity, if you accept it) and LinkedIn (if you accept it). Google and Microsoft may process data outside Switzerland, notably in the United States; we then rely on the safeguards provided by law. We pass your data to no one else, unless required by law.
How long
Unanswered assistant questions: 90 days. Technical logs: as long as needed to keep the website secure. Demo data and your exchanges with us: for the length of the commercial relationship, then deleted on request. Audience-measurement cookies: their own lifetime, which you can clear in your browser.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of its processing, and object to a processing; you may withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@innovhr.ch. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the European Union, the supervisory authority of your country. This policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, for European residents, the GDPR.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS, and access to its administration is limited to innovhr accounts.
Links to other websites
The website may contain links to third-party sites, which have their own privacy policies: we are not responsible for them.
Changes
We may update this policy; the version in force is the one on this page, with its date.
