We start with your data, without an IT project: innovhr is an online service, nothing to install for planners.

1. The demo, about 30 minutes, prepared on your situation
2. The setup of the organisation: time zone, working hours, public holidays, roles and access
3. The data takeover: workers, clients and sites, imported or created by the AI from your existing texts
4. The invitations: each user receives an email and signs in with a password, Google, Microsoft or their company sign-in
5. The onboarding: planners are trained, workers install the application
