The roles in innovhr

Each person has a role, which decides what they see and can do.

Administrator

Sets up the organisation (time zone, working hours, public holidays), manages access and the rights of each role, sees everything.

Team manager

Manages the users of their team, and does everything a planner does.

Planner

Creates staffing needs and shifts, sends offers, assigns, follows the planning and absences.

Worker (temp, freelance staff, internal)

Receives offers on their mobile application, answers in one click, consults their assignments and clocks their hours.

Client agent

Submits the requests of their sites from the client portal, follows the interventions and approves the hours.
