- Is innovhr a placement agency?
- No. It is planning and workforce management software. innovhr places nobody and takes no commission: it connects staffing needs to internal workers, partner agencies and the pool.
- What does our agency gain from using innovhr?
- Clients who use innovhr send the agency complete requests (position, dates, hours, certificates), in one place and without chasing. The agency answers from its own innovhr space with its best profiles. innovhr takes no commission on its placements.
- Do our clients see our pool and our margins?
- No. The client sees the requests it sent to the agency and the profiles the agency offers it, not its full pool or its margins.
- Who pays for innovhr, the agency or its client?
- Each organization that uses innovhr pays according to its own usage, with no commission on placements. The client does not pay for the agency, and the agency does not pay for the client.
- Who is innovhr for?
- Facilities (healthcare, hotels, catering, institutions, industry, logistics, retail, services) and temp and staffing agencies, from small businesses to large groups. innovhr has clients in Switzerland and in France.
- How does innovhr find the right people?
- Each worker gets a match score for each shift: position, skills, certifications, availability, distance to the site, experience, assignments already done for this client and client satisfaction rating (NPS). The score can be explained, and the planner chooses.
- How do our partner agencies receive our staffing needs?
- The staffing need goes to your partner agencies in one send. Each receives it in its own innovhr and offers its profiles there, which arrive in your ranked list, next to your teams. Nothing to copy, nothing to chase.
- How do an agency’s clients send their requests?
- From their own innovhr, from the client portal, or by a simple email that the AI turns into a staffing need, with the missing fields flagged. The agency has nothing to re-enter.
- Do workers have an application?
- Yes. They receive offers there, accept or decline in one click, consult their assignments and clock their hours.
- Can we keep our planning software?
- Yes. innovhr is added alongside for the external workforce, or replaces it if you want a single tool.
- Where is the data hosted?
- In Switzerland, at Infomaniak, with a copy of the backups at a second Swiss host. AI processing is also done in Switzerland.
- Does the AI make decisions?
- No. It drafts staffing needs and ranks profiles; a person approves every assignment.
- In which languages?
- French, German, Italian and English.
- How are hours approved?
- The worker clocks on their application; the client compares with the plan, then approves or disputes; a dispute is followed until it is corrected.
- How much does it cost?
- Reduced access fees, then volume-based billing according to your actual use, with no commission on placements. The quote follows the demo.
- How long does it take to get started?
- We start with your data, without an IT project; the timeline depends on the number of workers and sites, and is set during the demo.
