How it works
From need to assignment
- 1The request
- 2The right people
- 3The offer
- 4The follow-up
innovhr follows a staffing request from start to finish: the request, the choice of people, approaching them, the assignment, then the hours. Everyone has their own access: the planner on the web, the worker on their application, the client on their portal.
- The request arrives: entered by the planner, sent by a department or a client from their own innovhr or their client portal, or drafted by the AI from a simple email
- The shifts are generated: time ranges or FTE, recurrence by day, week or month, on-call duty included
- The right people are ranked by a match score: position, skills, certifications, availability, distance to the site, experience, assignments already done on this assignment or for this client, and the client’s satisfaction rating; each score can be explained
- The offer goes to the chosen people, internal or external, on their mobile application, by email or by SMS
- Workers answer in one click; answers arrive in real time, and reminders are sent without calling one by one
- The planner assigns: the Actions tab shows the places to fill and the best profiles that accepted; “Validate all” assigns in one click
- The planning follows everyone’s load, absences and conflicts (assignment outside working hours, during an absence, on a public holiday, or duplicated)
- Hours are clocked on the application, compared with the plan and approved or disputed by the client; a dispute is followed until it is corrected. The client rates the assignment, and this rating feeds the matching
- Monitoring shows coverage, lead times and performance, with alerts and reports sent by email
The decision stays human at every step: innovhr ranks, suggests and prepares, the planner approves.
